For campers that are interested in an intensive soccer program. Whether you are looking to develop your skills or to prepare for your upcoming soccer season, this is for you. Top soccer is designed to meet the needs of all players regardless of where you are in your development as a soccer player. Top Soccer includes:

  5. Station and drill work
All participants will receive Top Soccer gear.
TOP Gymnastics

TOP Gymnastics

Calling all campers that are interested in participating in a 3 day gymnastics program. Whether you are looking to develop your skills as a new gymnist or to continue skill development, this is for you. Top gymnastics is designed to meet the needs of all gymnasts regardless of where you are in your gymnastics journey. Work with gymnastic coaches and spend time in a local gym over the three days.

  3. Strength and conditioning
  4. Work with the various elements of gymnastics.
  5. A trip to a local gym!
TOP Softball

TOP Softball

Are you interested in developing and honing your softball skills over the summer, then Top Softball is for you! This program is designed to work on skills with other softball minded campers. Campers will work with softball coaches and players to continue developing their game over a three day period.

  3. Strength and conditioning
  4. Work on fielding and hitting.
  5. Meet each camper where they are in their softball game.

  • One on one tennis instruction with one of our highly qualified tennis counselors.

  • Focusing on skill acquisition and development as it relates to game play and confidence building…commonly known as "tournament toughness".
  • At the end of the summer, campers who choose the Grand Slam (12 lessons/summer) program will receive a personal evaluation with specific recommendations for improvement.
  • Automatic entry into our tennis tournaments.
  • All participating campers will receive an official ACE t-shirt.
TOP Basketball

TOP Basketball

Back by popular demand, TOP Basketball Program is an intensive program for campers interested in taking their skills to a new level. In addition to camp's regular basketball instruction provided to all campers, TOP Basketball is designed to give even more individual, one-on-one attention. TOP campers will forgo their normal camp programming for three full days of basketball instruction. College and high school coaches and varsity players provide all of our TOP Basketball instruction! The TOP Basketball program includes:
  • 3- ½ days
  • Individual and small group instruction
  • Strength training and conditioning
  • Team and individual video analysis
  • Game play!
  • Station and drill work
  • Individual evaluation packet and take-home workout plan
TOP Basketball campers will also receive TOP Basketball gear!
Top Cooks

Top Cooks

TOP Cooks cultivates and nurtures the gastronomic possibilities of food preparation! A creative and innovative program designed for those who want to explore these possibilities at camp! Food is a staple, but we're more than just cooking. TOP Cooks is a creative and dynamic hands-on program designed to take food preparation, thinking and creating to the next level. Cooking with professional chefs in and around the tristate area, exciting trips, demonstrations, sampling a variety of foods, visiting farms, experiencing farmers' markets, enjoying farm-to-table produce and food, gardening, baking, canning, preserving and even pickling! TOP Cooks campers have a fantastic program to look forward to! Let us know early, as our popular TOP Cooks program does fill up quickly!
TOP Golf

TOP Golf

Learn the game that everybody is playing! The purpose of this program is to teach basic skills to interested campers and to provide experience culminating in a 9-hole game on a regulation golf course. Campers in our TOP Golf program will learn the fundamentals of golf—proper stance, grip, etiquette, putting, chipping, and driving with the following!
  • 3 in-house lessons lessons/session
  • 2 trips to the driving range/session
  • 1 afternoon course-play/session
Campers must bring their own golf clubs and bring proper attire for the course (pants and collared shirts). Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!
Horseback Riding

Top Ranch Horseback Riding

  • Located on camp property on our beautiful 200-acre ranch
  • Small group instruction for all levels with private sessions available; beginners to advanced, including jumping!
  • Two to four hours of lessons each week.
  • Expert instruction in the ring and on the trails.
  • Competition in a horse show.
  • TOP Ranch riding T-Shirt
  • Grooming and Horse Care instruction
  • Night out at the ranch with games and s’mores!
  • A detailed personal progress report and certificate.
Campers must have appropriate shoes (boots or hard shoes). Riding helmets will be provided for campers that do not bring their own.

One-On-One Fitness Training

Get in shape for sports, for life! Conditioning for school sports or get in your best shape ever!
  • One-on-One training with professional ACE certified personal trainer. 2-3 sessions per week with a personal trainer
  • Strength training, cardio, core strength, stretching, and the latest fitness exercises.
  • Develop and set personal goals with the guidance of an expert.
Improve sports skills such as power, speed, endurance, vertical jump, throw power, and more!
  • Chart weekly individual progress
  • Learn safe and healthy techniques for strength, conditioning and overall training.

New: Power pairs in program: come workout with your dedicated buddy Athletic Fitness for Teens This new program is for all young athletes who want to improve their physical skills. The program is designed to enhance seven key sports skills: coordination, strength, balance, speed, stamina, agility, and flexibility through fun games and drills. Accommodations: Boston University Attractions may include tours of Boston University, North Eastern University and more! Explore the city of Boston, shop around Quincy Market, spend an afternoon of fun in the sun at Pleasure Bay Beach and catch a game at Fenway!

10th Grade
